การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวัณโรคปอดในระยะกำเริบและระยะพักฟื้น : กรณีศึกษา

วัณโรคปอดมีการแพร่กระจายเชื้อเพิ่มมากขึ้นในผู้สูงอายุ หรือผู้ที่มีภูมิคุ้มกันบกพร่อง ส่งผลให้ระยะเวลาในการรักษายาวนาน อาจมีภาวะแทรกซ้อนของโรคและค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาเพิ่มมากขึ้น พยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดูแลผู้ป่วยในวัณโรค ตลอดจนเฝ้าระวังการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ การป้องกันและการให้คำแนะนำเมื่อผู้ป่วยได้จำหน่ายกลับบ้าน ดังนั้นพยาบาลจึงต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัณโรคปอด
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอกรณีศึกษาการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวัณโรคปอด ค้นหาปัญหาที่คุกคามชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโดยใช้แบบประเมิน FANCAS ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อกำหนดปัญหาทางการพยาบาล วางแผนการพยาบาล และให้การดูแลผู้ป่วย ตลอดจนวางแผนการจำหน่ายระยะยาวเมื่อกลับบ้าน เพื่อลดความรุนแรงและภาวะแทรกซ้อนของโรค ลดระยะการนอนโรงพยาบาล ลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาพยาบาล ตลอดจนส่งเสริมให้ผู้ป่วยรับประทานยารักษาวัณโรคปอดอย่างต่อเนื่อง ป้องกันการเกิดการดื้อยาของเชื้อวัณโรคปอด
