เปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตระหว่างผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่รักษาด้วยการล้างไตทางช่องท้องและการฟอกเลือดที่โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชสว่างแดนดิน

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตระหว่างผู้ป่วยไตวายเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่รักษาด้วยการล้างไตทางช่องท้องและการฟอกเลือดที่โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระยุพราชสว่างแดนดิน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 206 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบเจาะจงตามเกณฑ์คุณสมบัติ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเมษายนถึงพฤษภาคม 2562 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามสถานะสุขภาพ 9-THAI สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและ Independent t-test ผลการศึกษาพบว่าคะแนนคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพกายของผู้ป่วยฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมสูงกว่าผู้ป่วยล้างไตทางช่องท้องอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ และคุณภาพชีวิตด้านสุขภาพใจของผู้ป่วยฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมและผู้ป่วยล้างไตทางช่องท้องไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ผลการวิจัยเป็นประโยชน์ในการส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการบำบัดทดแทนไต
