ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคสะเก็ดเงิน ณ โรงพยาบาลในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดนครนายก Factors related to quality of life in patients with psoriasis at hospitals located in Nakhon Nayok Province

Abstract

Psoriasis  is  a  chronic  skin  disease which were impact to life style of patients in various aspects. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between demographic, health, socioeconomic factors and quality of life  (QOL) of  psoriasis patients at the hospital located in Nakhon Nayok province.  Methods : The population  consisted of  40 patients with psoriasis who were treated at the department of dermatology hospital in Nakhon Nayok Province.  Research data was collected by questionnaire. Cronbach’s alpha which were equal to 0.78 for overall score. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation Chi square test and the Point biserial correlation. Results : Patients with psoriasis are mainly overall  QOL is moderate (85.0 percent) and the factors associated with QOL are socioeconomic factors including income health factors, including a better understanding about psoriasis, age at onset.
