วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประสบการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในวัยเด็ก (adverse childhood experiences: ACEs) กับปัญหาสัมพันธภาพในวัยผู้ใหญ่
วิธีการ : การศึกษาแบบตัดขวางในผู้ใหญ่อายุ 18 - 60 ปี เก็บข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วยแบบประเมินประสบการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในวัยเด็ก ฉบับภาษาไทย และแบบประเมินปัญหาสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคคล วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ด้วยการถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ ในภาพรวมและจำแนกตามกลุ่มรุ่นอายุ (Generation X, Y และ Z)
ผล : กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 106 คน เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 76.4 เป็นกลุ่ม Generation X ร้อยละ 40.6 Generation Y ร้อยละ 38.7 และ Generation Z ร้อยละ 20.8 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนน ACEs เฉลี่ย 4.11 ประสบการณ์ที่พบมากที่สุด ได้แก่ การละเลย/ทอดทิ้งทางจิตใจ (ร้อยละ 70.7) การละเลย/ทอดทิ้งทางกาย (ร้อยละ 62.3) และการทารุณกรรมทางจิตใจ (ร้อยละ 61.3) การวิเคราะห์ภาพรวมพบว่า การละเลย/ทอดทิ้งทางจิตใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับความขัดแย้งกับบุคคลสำคัญในชีวิต (β = 0.31, p = .004) ส่วนการทารุณกรรมทางจิตใจมีความสัมพันธ์กับความบกพร่องทางสัมพันธภาพ (β = 0.26, p = .018) เมื่อวิเคราะห์แยกตามกลุ่มรุ่นอายุ พบว่าใน Generation X ACEs มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสัมพันธภาพหลายมิติ ได้แก่ ความเศร้าโศกจากการสูญเสีย ความขัดแย้งกับบุคคลสำคัญในชีวิต และความบกพร่องทางสัมพันธภาพ ส่วนใน Generation Y และ Z พบเพียงบางมิติ ได้แก่ ความขัดแย้งกับบุคคลสำคัญในชีวิต และความบกพร่องทางสัมพันธภาพ ตามลำดับ
สรุป : ประสบการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ในวัยเด็ก (ACEs) โดยเฉพาะการละเลย/ทอดทิ้งและการทารุณกรรมทางจิตใจ มีความสัมพันธ์กับปัญหาสัมพันธภาพในวัยผู้ใหญ่ โดยลักษณะและขอบเขตของความสัมพันธ์แตกต่างกันตามกลุ่มรุ่นอายุ (Generation) ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงผลกระทบระยะยาวของ ACEs ต่อการสร้างและดำรงสัมพันธภาพในวัยผู้ใหญ่
