วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อระบุปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลเด็กออทิสติก
วิธีการ : การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางในผู้ดูแลเด็กออทิสติกที่มารับบริการที่สถาบันราชานุกูล เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแลและเด็ก ลักษณะของโรคออทิสติก และโรคร่วม แบบประเมินความเครียด แบบสอบถามการจัดการความเครียด แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และแบบวัดคุณภาพชีวิต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยท์ไบซีเรียล สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อีต้า
ผล : กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 302 คน เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 79.1 มีความสัมพันธ์เป็นมารดาร้อยละ 63.9 ความรุนแรงของโรคออทิสติกอยู่ในระดับปานกลางร้อยละ 53.6 กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความเครียด การสนับสนุนทางสังคม คุณภาพชีวิตภาพรวม และคุณภาพชีวิตทั้ง 4 ด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนใหญ่ใช้จัดการความเครียดที่เหมาะสมมากกว่าไม่เหมาะสม คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับรายได้ ความเพียงพอของรายได้ และระดับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว เพื่อน เครือข่ายผู้ดูแล และบุคลากรสาธารณสุข ในทางกลับกัน คุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเครียด ระดับการจัดการความเครียดที่ไม่เหมาะสม และการมีโรคร่วมของเด็ก
สรุป : ควรมีการประเมินความเครียดและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ดูแลเด็กออทิสติกอย่างต่อเนื่อง พร้อมทั้งส่งเสริมทักษะการจัดการความเครียด ความรู้ความเข้าใจ และความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในครอบครัวและชุมชน เพื่อสนับสนุนบทบาทผู้ดูแลและพัฒนาการของเด็กออทิสติกอย่างยั่งยืน
