การพัฒนาและการทดสอบคุณสมบัติการวัดด้านจิตวิทยาของเครื่องมือเฝ้าระวังปัญหาสุขภาพจิตเด็กและวัยรุ่นไทยตอนต้น 9 ข้อ (9 symptoms: 9S)

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อพัฒนาและทดสอบคุณสมบัติการวัดด้านจิตวิทยาของเครื่องมือเฝ้าระวังปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในเด็กและวัยรุ่นไทยตอนต้น
วิธีการ : เป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ได้แก่ 1) การพัฒนาเครื่องมือเฝ้าระวังจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมร่วมกับการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และ 2) ทดสอบคุณสมบัติการวัดทางจิตวิทยาของเครื่องมือในนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาและมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น อายุ 6 - 15 ปี ใน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ประเมินความเที่ยงจากค่าความสอดคล้องภายในด้วยสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ทดสอบความตรงตามสภาพด้วยการเปรียบเทียบกับแบบประเมินจุดแข็งและจุดอ่อน (strengths and difficulties questionnaire: SDQ) ด้วยสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผล : เครื่องมือเฝ้าระวังปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในเด็กและวัยรุ่นไทยตอนต้น (9S) มี 9 ข้อ 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ ปัญหาด้านพฤติกรรม ด้านอารมณ์ และด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคมและการกลั่นแกล้งรังแก มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 0.60 - 0.80 ค่าความเที่ยงจากความสอดคล้องภายในทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.52 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันระหว่างคะแนนรวมเครื่องมือ 9S และ SDQ ด้านจุดอ่อนเท่ากับ 0.81 (p < .01)
สรุป : เครื่องมือ 9S มีค่าความตรงและความเชื่อมั่นที่ดี ส่วนค่าความสอดคล้องภายในต่ำกว่าระดับยอมรับได้เล็กน้อยเนื่องจากเป็นการวัดหลายมิติ เครื่องมือมีความกระชับและใช้งานง่าย สามารถนำมาใช้เผ้าระวังปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของเด็กวัยเรียนได้
