ปัจจัยทํานายความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อมในกลุ่มสมาชิกของสมาคมผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อม

วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความพร้อมในการดูแลของผู้ดูแลในครอบครัวของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม
วิธีการ : การสำรวจภาคตัดขวางออนไลน์ในสมาชิกสมาคมผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยสมองเสื่อมที่มีอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปและให้การดูแลผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อมอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน ใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลผู้ดูแลและผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม แบบประเมินความพร้อมในการเตรียมตัวของผู้ดูแล แบบวัดความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม แบบประเมินความสุขใจ ความเหนื่อยหน่าย และความเหนื่อยล้าในการดูแล และแบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้า Beck depression inventory-II ใช้สถิติ chi-square และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของสเปียร์แมนเพื่อทดสอบความสัมพันธ์ และระบุปัจจัยทำนายความพร้อมในการดูแลด้วยการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณ
ผล : กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 104 คน ร้อยละ 88.5 มีความพร้อมในการดูแลไม่เพียงพอ ความพร้อมในการดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับช่วงอายุของผู้ดูแล เพศของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม การสืบค้นข้อมูลการดูแลจากแหล่งข้อมูลออนไลน์ ความสุขใจของผู้ดูแล และความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณพบว่าปัจจัยทำนายความพร้อมในการดูแลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ความสุขใจของผู้ดูแล (β = 0.509, p < .001) และความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม (β = -0.181, p = .022) โดยมีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกและลบ ตามลำดับ
สรุป : ผู้ดูแลผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อมส่วนใหญ่ไม่มีความพร้อมในการดูแล ความพร้อมในการดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขใจของผู้ดูแลและความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อม ควรมีการสร้างเสริมความสุขใจและสมรรถนะการดูแลของผู้ดูแลและความสามารถในการทำกิจวัตรประจำวันของผู้มีภาวะสมองเสื่อมตามความรุนแรงของภาวะสมองเสื่อม
