ระบาดวิทยากลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลในคนไทย : การสำรวจระบาดวิทยาสุขภาพจิตของคนไทยระดับชาติ พ.ศ. 2556

วัตถุประสงค์ : ศึกษาความชุกของกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลและโรคร่วมในคนไทยจากการสำรวจระบาดวิทยาสุขภาพจิตของคนไทย
วิธีการ : การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา ใช้ข้อมูลจากการสำรวจระบาดวิทยาสุขภาพจิตของคนไทย พ.ศ. 2556 ซึ่งเป็นการสำรวจภาคตัดขวาง ในประชากรอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไปจำนวน 4,727 คน จากการสุ่มเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนประชากรทั้งประเทศ วินิจฉัยกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลด้วยเครื่องมือ composite international diagnostic interview 3.0 (CIDI 3.0) ฉบับภาษาไทย
ผล : ความชุกตลอดชีพของกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลอย่างน้อยหนึ่งโรค พบร้อยละ 3.1 โรคที่พบสูงสุด ได้แก่ agoraphobia ร้อยละ 1.3 โรค post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) ร้อยละ 0.9 โรค panic disorder ร้อยละ 0.6 และโรค generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) ร้อยละ 0.3 โรคในกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลที่พบร่วมกันมากที่สุด ได้แก่ panic disorder ร่วมกับโรค agoraphobia พบร้อยละ 6.5 ของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลทั้งหมด รองลงมา ได้แก่ PTSD ร่วมกับ agoraphobia ร้อยละ 2.4 และ panic disorder ร่วมกับ GAD ร้อยละ 1.0
สรุป : ความชุกตลอดชีพของกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลในคนไทยพบได้น้อยกว่าต่างประเทศ แต่ผู้มีโรคในกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลอย่างน้อยหนึ่งโรคมีโอกาสพบโรคในกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวลอื่น ๆ ร่วมค่อนข้างสูง ผู้ให้บริการสุขภาพจิตควรให้ความสำคัญกับการคัดกรองและจัดบริการเฉพาะทางสำหรับผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรควิตกกังวล
