รูปแบบบริการดูแลรักษาโรคจิตระยะเริ่มต้นในประเทศรายได้ต่ำและปานกลาง

บทคัดย่อ

          วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทบทวนรูปแบบการจัดบริการดูแลรักษาโรคจิตระยะเริ่มต้นในประเทศรายได้ต่ำและรายได้ปานกลาง เพื่อนำมาต่อยอดพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพจิตในประเทศไทย

          วัสดุและวิธีการ ทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบจากฐานข้อมูล Pubmed, Psychinfo, Medline และ Embase ที่ตีพิมพ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษจนถึงปี ค.ศ. 2016 โดยใช้คำสำคัญที่กำหนด คัดกรองและสืบค้นงานวิจัยฉบับเต็ม และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูลการวิจัยที่มีเนื้อหาสอดคล้องกับเรื่องที่ศึกษา

          ผลการศึกษา  พบการศึกษาเฉพาะกลุ่มประเทศรายได้ปานกลางค่อนข้างต่ำสามประเทศคือ อินเดีย เคนยา และ ปากีสถาน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นการจัดบริการในชุมชน โดยให้การรักษาผู้ป่วยแบบผสมผสานในชุมชนด้วยบุคลากรสุขภาพชุมชนที่ผ่านการอบรม กลุ่มที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยวิธีดังกล่าวได้ผลดีกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการรักษาแบบมาตรฐานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทั้งผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิก คุณภาพชีวิต และความพึงพอใจ

          สรุป แม้ประเทศในกลุ่มที่มีรายได้ต่ำและปานกลางจะมีการจัดบริการดูแลรักษาโรคจิตระยะเริ่มต้นจำกัด แต่พบว่าได้ผลดีด้วยทรัพยากรบุคลากรและวิธีการรักษาที่มีอยู่ จึงมีความเป็นไปได้ในการต่อยอดพัฒนาระบบบริการสุขภาพจิตในประเทศไทย เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการดูแลรักษาโรคจิตระยะเริ่มต้น
