Results : There were 73 staff completed questionnaires. Sixty percent were women and average age was 42 (SD = 9.17). Most had positive attitude towards the continuous ADR monitoring; anyone could report ADR; ADR was a proactive way to detect problem and was beneficial to reduce hospital day. However some had deviate attitude such as ADR report broke the confidentiality; it was a document burden and less priority than other work; ADR data were already enough before drug launching, and etc. Knowledge was limited on some aspect of ADR.

Conclusion : Most had good attitude towards ADR monitoring. There were valuable data for the leading team to plan a strategy to improve knowledge, process of monitoring program and data synthesis for patient’s safety.
