Then 11 medical records with 90 day readmission were specific sampling from other 230 cases.  Clinical data were recorded. Psychoeducation consisting of 4 topics (knowledge of : illness, medication, warning signs and stress management)  was applied to classify patients into three groups according to number of topic. Results  There were male 66.7% and female 33.3%. Their clinical data were average age 38.3 years old, duration of illness 11.9 years, No. of admission 3.7 times and length of stay 35.2 days. 50.5% of patients had long acting antipsychotics injection. 20 patients were rehospitalized within 90 days. Average duration of rehospitalization was 41.9 days after discharge from hospital. 66.7% attended 3-4 topics, 21.6% attended 1-2 topics, and 11.7% attended none. Rehospitalization within 90 days was significant different between the first group (attended 3-4 topics) and the third group (attended none).
