Abstract

This research and development were to develop the leg-support innovation and reduce the incidence at pressure sore in intertrochanteric fracture of femur on skin traction which invent the leg support innovation and study the effects of innovation in at risk patients intertrochanteric fracture of femur with the skin traction in patient women surgery department at HuaHin Hospital. The instrument used to evaluate the incidence of pressure sore for risk Prediction of pressure and then evaluate Barden and Norton Scales are better risk prediction of medical personal and patients. The result shown that the leg-support innovation can present prevent sore effectively 100% and the satisfaction of doctors and nurses were 95 % and the satisfaction of patients were 98% The suggestion of this research were to adjust the leg support innovation many sizes for each patient’s right.
