การตกค้างของยากลุ่มเตตราซัยคลินในเนื้อหมูที่ติดฉลากออร์แกนิกและแนวปฏิบัติด้านการใช้ ยาปฏิชีวนะของเกษตรกร : กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดปทุมธานี

บทคัดย่อ

ความสำคัญ: การตกค้างของยาปฏิชีวนะในผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อสัตว์เป็นประเด็นด้านความปลอดภัยอาหารที่สำคัญ เนื่องจากอาจก่อให้เกิดการแพ้ยา ความผิดปกติของจุลินทรีย์ในลำไส้ และการดื้อยาต้านจุลชีพ โดยเฉพาะในเนื้อหมูที่จำหน่ายภายใต้ฉลาก “ออร์แกนิก” ซึ่งผู้บริโภคคาดหวังว่าจะปลอดจากสารตกค้างอย่างสิ้นเชิง


วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อประเมินการตกค้างของยากลุ่มเตตราซัยคลินในเนื้อหมูสดที่ติดฉลากออร์แกนิกในจังหวัดปทุมธานี และเพื่อสำรวจแนวปฏิบัติของเกษตรกรต่อการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะและการปฏิบัติตามระยะถอนยา


วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยนี้ใช้วิธีการแบบผสมผสาน โดยดำเนินการระหว่างวันที่ 20-31 มีนาคม 2568 สุ่มเก็บตัวอย่างเนื้อหมูสดจำนวน 50 ตัวอย่างจากร้านค้าปลีกและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต และตรวจวิเคราะห์ด้วยชุดตรวจหายาปฏิชีวนะตกค้างเบื้องต้น (screening test kit) ของกรมวิทยาศาสตร์การแพทย์ ซึ่งสามารถตรวจหาสารในกลุ่มเตตราซัยคลิน โดยมีขีดจำกัดการตรวจพบ (LOD) ที่ 100 µg/kg นอกจากนี้ ได้สัมภาษณ์เกษตรกรโดยคัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 5 รายเพื่อสำรวจการใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานออร์แกนิก


ผลการศึกษา: พบการตกค้างใน 3 ตัวอย่าง (ร้อยละ 6.0) โดยตรวจพบในพื้นที่ตอนเหนือ ตอนใต้ และตะวันตกอย่างละ 1 ตัวอย่าง การวิเคราะห์ตามประเภทร้านค้าพบว่า 2 ตัวอย่างมาจากร้านค้าปลีก และ 1 ตัวอย่างมาจากซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพชี้ว่าเกษตรกรบางรายยังคงใช้ยาปฏิชีวนะในกรณีฉุกเฉิน และเข้าใจผิดว่าการเว้นระยะเพียง 7 วันเพียงพอ ซึ่งแตกต่างจากมาตรฐานที่กำหนด


สรุป: การตรวจพบการตกค้างในเนื้อหมูออร์แกนิก แม้ในอัตราต่ำ แต่สะท้อนถึงความท้าทายด้านการกำกับดูแลและการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการผลิต ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นในการเพิ่มความเข้มงวดของระบบรับรองออร์แกนิก การให้ความรู้แก่เกษตรกรเกี่ยวกับระยะถอนยา และการตรวจสอบย้อนกลับในห่วงโซ่อุปทาน ทั้งนี้ การใช้ชุดตรวจเบื้องต้นมีข้อจำกัดในการระบุชนิดของสารตกค้าง จึงควรยืนยันผลด้วยวิธีการทางห้องปฏิบัติการมาตรฐานในอนาคต
