Readiness of Officers in Provincial Public Health Offices for Controlling of Hazardous Substance Products According to Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to assess readiness of  officers in provincial health offices in surveillance of  labels for  hazardous substance products  according to GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals); (2) to assess readiness of  the officers in giving advice to  the entrepreneurs  in their provinces on GHS for hazardous substance type I;  and  (3) to assess knowledge of the officers on GHS.
