Abstract

The objectives of this research were: (1) to assess readiness of  officers in provincial health offices in surveillance of  labels for  hazardous substance products  according to GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals); (2) to assess readiness of  the officers in giving advice to  the entrepreneurs  in their provinces on GHS for hazardous substance type I;  and  (3) to assess knowledge of the officers on GHS.
