Management of Nurse Practitioner Training Program:

A sample of Program of Nursing Specialty in Nurse Practitioner (Primary Medical Care), Boromrajonani College of Nursing, Surin

Abstract

      Program of Nursing Specialty in Nurse Practitioner (Primary Medical Care) was launched in Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Surin between 2009-2015. In management of this short course training , there were planning, system management, human resource management, order, and control. The evidence support the successful of this short course program were 11 classes and 929 of health care personnel who completed this program. Key success factors are (a) god relationship, (b) team building, (c) team cooperation, (d) continuity improvement, (e) quality of training. Impact from this short course training are that knowledge of team member in how to manage short course training in which can share with other organization. The success of this short course training is considering to be a role model for other program that can be launched with an approval from Thai Nursing Council.
