          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการจัดการเรียนการสอนรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางสุขภาพ 2 เกี่ยวกับความผิดปกติของอวัยวะรับสัมผัส โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์บัณฑิต ชั้นปีที่  3B รุ่นที่  62  จำนวน 71  คน แบบประเมินเป็นคำถามปลายเปิดให้แสดงความคิดเห็นต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติในหอผู้ป่วยจักษุชายและหญิง แล้วนำผลการประเมินมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา โดยจำแนกเป็นข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ข้อดี ข้อควรปรับปรุง ข้อประทับใจ และข้อเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

         1. ข้อดีและข้อประทับใจ ด้านผู้สอน พบว่าอาจารย์และพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับนักศึกษา สอนและแนะนำอย่างเป็นกันเอง ทำให้นักศึกษาได้เรียนรู้ ด้านกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน พบว่า การได้ฝึกปฏิบัติจากสถานการณ์จริง ทำให้จำและเข้าใจมากกว่าการเรียนในห้องเรียน การอภิปรายกรณีศึกษา และวิดิทัศน์เกี่ยวกับโรคต้อกระจกและการผ่าตัดส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ได้ดี และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม พบว่าสภาพตึกสะอาด มีตำราให้ค้นคว้าในตึก และมีความเหมาะสมจะเป็นแหล่งฝึก

       2. ข้อควรปรับปรุงและข้อเสนอแนะ ด้านผู้นิเทศ พบว่า อาจารย์นิเทศได้ไม่เต็มที่ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน พบว่า ระยะเวลาในการฝึกน้อยเกินไป ควรเพิ่มระยะเวลาในการฝึกปฏิบัติ  และขอให้มอบหมายกรณีศึกษาที่หลากหลาย เปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาปฏิบัติทักษะการพยาบาลทางตามากขึ้น และขอให้มีการฝึกทำข้อสอบการพยาบาลทางตาตามแนวข้อสอบขึ้นทะเบียนใบประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและการผดุงครรภ์

         ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนการสอนภาคปฏิบัติวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลบุคคลที่มีปัญหาทางสุขภาพ 2 ในเรื่องความผิดปกติของอวัยวะรับสัมผัส ให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

                                                Abstract

      This study aimed to evaluate nursing students’ perception on course management of the Nursing Care of Persons with Problems Practicum 2, in specific to a topic of abnormal of sense organ.  Seventy one third-year nursing students of a Bachelor of Nursing program, Boromarajonani College of Nursing Bangkok, who practiced in the ophthalmologic unit in academic year of 2010, answered   open-ended questionnaire to evaluate teaching and learning management in relation to a practicum at ophthalmologic unit.  The data were analyzed by using content analysis to categorize the student’s opinion into four issues including good, need to improve, impression, and suggestion.  

Findings were as following.

     1. Good and impression: The nursing instructor and mentors were a good role model and kindly taught and provided suggestion for the students. For teaching and learning activity, the students addressed that having experience to practice directly with ophthalmologic patients, doing case conference, and watching video related to cataract disease and operation were helpful to promote their learning.  Finally, practicing environment of the ophthalmologic unit was appropriate. It was clean with lot of textbooks to read.  

     2. Need to improve and suggestion: Some students mentioned that the nurse instructor did not supervise theme as schedule.  Regarding learning activities, they stated that practicum period was too short.  They suggested to extend time for the practicum, assign variety of cases for case conference, allow them to do more nursing procedures, and have an experience of taking a test similar to the test of nursing license examination.         

     The finding from this study could be applied to enhance quality of teaching and learning management for the course of Nursing Care of Persons with Problems Practicum 2 in the subsequent year.
