ผลของการใช้นวัตกรรมกระจกส่องเท้าต่อความถูกต้อง ในการประเมินแผลจำลองที่เท้าผู้ป่วยเบาหวานด้วยตนเอง

บทคัดย่อ

บทนํา: แผลที่เท้าในผู้ป่วยเบาหวานเป็นภาวะแทรกซ้อนสำคัญที่อาจนำไปสู่การติดเชื้อรุนแรงและการสูญเสียอวัยวะ การตรวจแผลที่เท้าด้วยตนเองโดยการใช้กระจกส่องเท้าช่วยลดข้อจำกัดจากการก้มตัวหรือยกเท้า

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อทดสอบผลของการใช้นวัตกรรมกระจกส่องเท้าต่อความถูกต้องในการประเมินแผลจำลองที่เท้าผู้ป่วยเบาหวานด้วยตนเอง

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียวที่มีการทดสอบก่อนและหลัง กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือ ผู้ป่วยโรคเบาหวานชนิดที่ 2 จำนวน 46 คน ที่โรงพยาบาลพระสมุทรเจดีย์สวาทยานนท์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ประเทศไทย  นวัตกรรมกระจกส่องเท้าผ่านกระบวนการ PDCA และการทดสอบคุณภาพ ผลิตจากกระจกขยายภาพ 2 เท่า มีด้ามจับยืดขยายได้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลองคือภาพถ่ายฝ่าเท้า แบบประเมินตำแหน่งแผลที่ฝ่าเท้า และสติกเกอร์แผลจำลอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบเก็บข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินตำแหน่งแผลที่ฝ่าเท้าและแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจในด้านการใช้งาน ประโยชน์ อุปกรณ์ วิเคราะห์โดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ข้อมูลค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความถูกต้องในการประเมินตำแหน่งแผลที่ฝ่าเท้าก่อนและหลังการใช้นวัตกรรมใช้ สถิติ  Paired-t-test

ผลการวิจัย: คะแนนเฉลี่ยความถูกต้องในการประเมินตำแหน่งแผลจำลองที่เท้าหลังใช้นวัตกรรมกระจกส่องเท้าสูงกว่าก่อนใช้นวัตกรรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) ความพึงพอใจด้านการใช้งานและด้านประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 47.69 และ 48.50) ตามลำดับ

สรุปผล: กระจกตรวจเท้าที่ผลิตจากกระจกขยายภาพ 2 เท่า และมีด้ามจับที่ยืดได้ ช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานสามารถตรวจดูแผลจำลองบริเวณฝ่าเท้าและซอกนิ้วเท้าได้สะดวกและชัดเจนยิ่งขึ้น

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรพัฒนาต่อยอดนวัตกรรมในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่หลากหลาย และศึกษาระยะยาวเพื่อประเมินการลดอุบัติการณ์การเกิดแผลที่เท้า
