บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: เยาวชนในสถานสงเคราะห์ขาดการดูแลจากครอบครัวและเสี่ยงต่อภาวะซึมเศร้าสูงกว่าวัยรุ่นทั่วไป ซึ่งอาจรุนแรงจนเกิดความคิดฆ่าตัวตาย จึงควรศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางป้องกัน

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าของวัยรุ่นในสถานสงเคราะห์แห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดเชียงราย

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือวัยรุ่นอายุ 13 - 21 ปี จำนวน 126 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินภาวะซึมเศร้าสำหรับวัยรุ่น PHQ-A แบบประเมินทักษะชีวิต และแบบประเมินความผูกพันในครอบครัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์อันดับของสเปียร์แมน

ผลการวิจัย: พบว่าวัยรุ่นร้อยละ 66.70 ไม่มีภาวะซึมเศร้า ร้อยละ 23 มีภาวะซึมเศร้าระดับเล็กน้อย และร้อยละ 8.70 มีภาวะซึมเศร้าระดับปานกลาง ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ความผูกพันในครอบครัว (r = -.199, p < .001) ทักษะชีวิตด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (r = -.233, p < .001) การมองตนเองเชิงบวก (r = -.214,
p < .001) การมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี (r = -.195, p < .001) และทักษะชีวิตโดยรวม (r = -.236, p < .001) ทุกปัจจัยมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในระดับต่ำอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

สรุปผล: ความผูกพันในครอบครัวและทักษะชีวิตที่เพิ่มขึ้น มีแนวโน้มลดภาวะซึมเศร้าของวัยรุ่นลงได้ แม้จะมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบในระดับต่ำ

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพและพัฒนาโปรแกรมให้เหมาะกับวัยรุ่นกลุ่มนี้
