บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: ปัจจุบันระบบบริการสุขภาพนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพมาใช้ดูแลสุขภาพเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการและผลลัพธ์ผู้ป่วย การศึกษาปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพจะทำให้ได้ข้อมูลเพื่อนำมาส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองในผู้ที่มีโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ ทัศนคติและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพ กับการดูแลตนเองของผู้ที่มีโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ คัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง โดยเป็นผู้ที่มีโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรังที่มารับบริการที่หน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกอายุรกรรมของโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 135 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป ความรอบรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ ทัศนคติ
ในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพ และการดูแลตนเองของผู้ที่มีโรคไม่ติดต่อเรื้อรัง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน

ผลการวิจัย: ความรอบรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ (r = .36, p < .001) และทัศนคติในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพ (r = .38, p < .001) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำกับการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับต่ำมากกับการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .18, p < .05)

สรุปผล: ความรอบรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ ทัศนคติในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพ และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมเกี่ยวกับการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดูแลตนเอง

ข้อเสนอแนะ: บุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรมีการให้คำแนะนำการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสุขภาพ และเพิ่มช่องทางการเข้าถึงข้อมูลการดูแลตนเองที่น่าเชื่อถือ
