บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: ความพิการจากโรคหลอดเลือดสมองตีบส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตผู้ป่วย และเพิ่มภาระผู้ดูแล จึงจำเป็นต้องพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการดูแลร่วมกับโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน เพื่อการดูแลที่ต่อเนื่อง เพิ่มสมรรถนะผู้ดูแลและความพึงพอใจของพยาบาล

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถผู้ดูแลก่อนและหลังใช้รูปแบบการจัดการดูแลร่วมกับโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน และเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของพยาบาลกับการดูแลตามปกติ

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง โดยใช้แนวคิด Information-Motivation-Behavioral skills model ของ Fisher & Fisher ร่วมกับหลักการจัดการดูแลของ DMAHS และแนวทางการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองผ่านโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน Stroke link กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงจากหอผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองระยะวิกฤต สถาบันประสาทวิทยา ประเทศไทย ได้แก่ ผู้ดูแลหลัก 36 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและควบคุมกลุ่มละ 18 คน ใช้แผน Pretest-Posttest design with comparison group เพื่อประเมินความสามารถในการดูแลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง และติดตาม 4 สัปดาห์ และพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 17 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความสามารถในการดูแล แบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ และโมบายแอปพลิเคชัน Stroke link การวิเคราะห์ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ร่วมกับ Wilcoxon signed-Ranks test, Mann-Whitney U test และ Paired t-test

ผลการวิจัย: ความสามารถผู้ดูแลสูงขึ้นและสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) พยาบาลมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบดังกล่าวมากขึ้นกว่าการดูแลปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05)

สรุปผล: รูปแบบการจัดการดูแลร่วมกับโมบายแอปพลิเคชันเพิ่มความสามารถของผู้ดูแล และเพิ่มความพึงพอใจในการทำงานของพยาบาลอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ควรประยุกต์ใช้แอปพลิเคชันในหน่วยบริการอื่น ขยายผลเพื่อลดภาระงานพยาบาล ศึกษาประสิทธิผลระยะยาว และพัฒนาให้รองรับระบบ iOS เพื่อเพิ่มการเข้าถึง
