บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: วัยรุ่นเป็นช่วงวัยที่เชื่อมต่อระหว่างวัยเด็กกับวัยผู้ใหญ่ สามารถเข้าถึงสื่อต่าง ๆ ได้ง่าย ทั้งนี้กระทรวงสาธาณสุขของไทย ให้ความสำคัญกับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของประชาชน เป็นตัวชี้วัดสำคัญที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ ดังนั้น การวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย

วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพกับการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น

ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: ใช้แบบจำลองความสัมพันธ์เชิงคาดการณ์ โดยมีความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพเป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยง เก็บข้อมูลจากนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษา จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 275 คน เก็บข้อมูลในเดือน ธันวาคม 2564 – มีนาคม 2565 โดยใช้แบบประเมิน ที่ปรับจากแบบประเมินความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างด้วยไคสแควร์ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุโลจิสติก

ผลการวิจัย: พบว่า วัยรุ่นส่วนใหญ่มีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างมาก (ร้อยละ 62.90) มีการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี (ร้อยละ 50.50) ซึ่งความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์กับการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.05) ทั้งนี้ตัวแปรร่วมทำนายการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่นมี 5 ตัวแปรที่นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.001) ซึ่งสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 16.10

สรุปผล: ตัวแปรร่วมทำนายการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น ได้แก่ เพศ การใช้สาร และสิ่งเสพติด การรับรู้ภาวะสุขภาพร่างกายและจิตใจ การเข้าถึงข้อมูลและบริการสุขภาพ และการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ

ข้อเสนอแนะ: ผลการศึกษาสามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประโยชน์เกี่ยวกับการป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น โดยนำไปขยายผล เช่น การส่งเสริมการรู้เท่าทันสื่อ เพื่อลดผลกระทบจากการมีพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงของวัยรุ่น
