2. The editor has the duty to consider publishing the research results with the correct research methodology.

3. The article appraiser should have expertise in the field in which he evaluates the article. By considering the
     importance of the content of the article on that subject The quality of the analysis and the concentration of the
     work or specify important research results And consistent with the article being evaluated And the appraiser
     should not use personal opinions without supporting information as the basis for judging the article.
4. When the appraiser found that Is there any part of the article that is identical or redundant with other works?
    The appraiser must immediately notify the editor.
5. The article appraiser must maintain the evaluation period according to the evaluation period specified by
     the journal.
6. Article evaluators must keep confidentiality. And do not disclose the information of the article submitted
    for consideration to unrelated persons during the period of the article evaluation.
