基于 CiteSpace 和 VOSviewer 百会穴现代文献研究现状和发展趋势的可视化分析

摘要
作为督脉要穴，百会穴 (DU20)“调神”作用尤为突出，其相关研究文献虽数量庞大，但脉络失于梳理，故本研究基于中国知网（CNKI）2000 年 1 月至 2023 年 8 月期间的文献，运用 CiteSpace 与 VOSviewer 软件进行知识图谱可视化分析，以探究百会穴的研究现状、热点及发展趋势，以期为其进一步研究提供参考。经筛选共纳入基础研究文献 727 篇和临床研究文献 2,207 篇，结果显示，基础研究领域形成了以邹伟、陈立典、孙国杰为代表的三个团队，临床研究领域则以黄泳、庄礼兴、杨骏为核心形成三个研究团队，现有研究主要围绕百会穴的刺激方法、穴位配伍及疗效展开。本研究提示，未来百会穴基础研究应着力于深化“调神”的细胞分子机制与构建基于数据挖掘的临床精准配穴方案，并增强临床预见性、构建“反向转化” 通道、发展更贴近人类的疾病模型，以推动基础与临床的深度融合。
