针灸治疗退行性膝关节骨性关节炎研究进展

摘要
膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）是由膝关节骨性退变导致的炎症反应，这种病症在中年人和老年人中较为常见。其主要临床表现为运动时的慢性疼痛、夜间或早晨疼痛、关节屈曲受限，严重影响患者生活质量。西医治疗本病可采用药物、关节镜手术以及向膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠等方法。中医具备多种治疗方法，其中最为常见的是针灸及其他治疗方法结合。大量研究证据表明，针灸治疗对骨性关节炎引起的膝关节炎有益。因此，针灸能作为一种替代疗法，为拒绝手术和药物治疗的患者提供。本文旨在收集和探讨关于退行性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究发现，针灸经常与各种治疗方法结合使用，如与反射点（阳性反应）原理结合单纯针灸、电针、温针灸、温针灸与电针、针灸与推拿、针灸与中药熏洗、火针以及针灸与其他治疗方法结合等。
