经方治疗马来西亚新型冠状病毒肺炎探讨

摘要
本研究旨在系统探讨卞师经方治疗马来西亚新冠肺炎有效的病案，并分析不同证型下所选用的方剂及其特点。卞师经方治疗马来西亚新冠肺炎患者，取得一定疗效。通过统计辨析认为，新冠肺炎病位主要在三阳，以少阳为主，病机为邪入少阳，枢机不利，或化热入里为结胸，或结于阳明而为腑实，又可与湿邪凝聚胶结，痰浊壅盛，缠绵难愈，为柴胡汤证。病在太阳者，发热、咽痛、咳嗽为主症，属麻杏石甘汤证。若高热不退，为三阳合病，热势鸱张，为白虎汤证。柴胡陷胸汤证最多，麻杏石甘汤证次之。柴胡用量最多，石膏次之。本文试以经方思路分析新冠肺炎六经分型与辨治，并附典型病案，以期为临床实践提供参考依据以供参考。
