针灸联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病研究进展

摘要
神经根型颈椎病是泰国最常见的疾病之一，可能发生在任何人身上，而且呈上升趋势。其原因是人们生活方式的变化，对各种电子仪器的依赖性越来越强，运动量越来越少。这些都严重影响了患者的生活质量。目前西医治疗本病早期往往是避免手术、以缓解症状为基础治疗。中医通常也可以采用针灸和推拿治疗为缓解本病的各种症状。本文收集了不超过10年的网站档案和 CNKI 数据库中的信息。总之，针灸治疗和推拿可以治疗各种临床症状，并且如果同时使用这两种方法，效果会更好。它被认为是另一种有助于治疗患者疼痛和恢复颈部骨骼功能的替代品，没有药物的副作用，在治疗过程中也不会引起疼痛。
