从《黄帝内经》“阴平阳秘”论治双心疾病的理论初探

摘要
双心疾病即心理心脏病，根据患者不良情绪表现是焦虑或抑郁，总括为阳证和阴证。《素问·生气通天论》：“阴平阳秘，精神乃治，阴阳离决，精气乃绝”。阴阳平衡，是机体防病、愈病的根本始动力。本文以 “阴平阳秘”为切入点，从生理、病理、辩证、防治等方面探究阴阳平衡在双心疾病治疗中的理论内涵，以冀为双心疾病的防治和诊疗提供参考。
