阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征与迷走型心房颤动的相关性分析

摘要
心房颤动 (atrial fibrillation，AF) 作为临床上最多见的心律失常之一，具有很高的致残率和致死率，可能导致脑卒中、心脏猝死、心衰、认知障碍等多种并发症，然目前尚缺乏有效防治 AF 的方法。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome , OSAHS）作为可能导致 AF 重要且可治疗的疾病之一，具有极大的临床研究意义。本文将从西医发病机制和中医病因病机两方面分析 OSAHS 与迷走型 AF 的相关性，以期为 AF 的防治提供新思路。
