针灸治疗抑郁症临床研究综述

摘要
抑郁症是一种全球性的健康问题，会导致人们死亡的原因，尤其是 15-29 岁的人群。 疾病进展可以持续数月至数年。该疾病的发展和治疗过程可能需要几个月到几年的时间。抑郁症患者经历不同程度的严重性，并影响生活的各个方面。目前，中医药在抑郁症治疗中越来越重要，进行研究了针灸治疗抑郁症的机制、疗效和安全性。发现不同的针灸治疗抑郁症的技术或方法。通过查阅最近几年针灸治疗抑郁症的相关文献，将关于该病的病因机、作用机制以及不同的治疗方法进行归纳总结，发现针灸可以有效改善患者的抑郁程度以及可以改善患者的生活质量。本文献作为临床研究提供新思路，并将其作为将来用中医治疗抑郁症的替代选择。
