中医推拿治疗举重急性腰扭伤

摘要
急性腰肌扭伤(acute lumbar sprain) 急性腰扭伤是举重运动中常见的症状。 以腰部剧烈疼痛为主。近年来,越来越多的人转向替代医学求治，尤其是中医。本文整理了推拿推拿治疗急性腰肌扭伤的病因病机、症状、体格检查及中医治疗等相关文献进行归纳和总结，以及治病的思路与有效方案，为临床推拿治疗急性腰扭伤提供更加具体的理论依据及正确诊疗思路。即便按照正确的的方法做治疗和及时处理，也能够抑制病情转变为慢性疾病。
