摘要

挖掘针灸治疗原发性痛经的选穴规律，为优化临床治疗方案提供参考。收集近 10 年针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床文献。将纳入的文献用 Excel 2010 进行整理、分析、归纳。本研究共纳入 205 篇针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床文献。针灸治疗原发性痛经的选穴方案中最重要及频繁的穴位为三阴交、关元、足三里；所选经脉频率最高的是足太阴脾经、任脉、足阳明胃经；所选特定穴位总频率最高为交会穴。
