中医健康长寿的理念

摘要
在COVID-19大流行期间，亚健康、健康背景不佳或平时不注意健康的人，在被感染时有机会出现严重症状,也有可能因接种疫苗而产生副作用（不活化疫苗或病毒载体疫苗）比健康人更多。包括从 COVID-19 康复后出现的异常健康状况(long COVID)。中医的保健原则是养生保健，平衡生活，顺应自然环境的变化，养身养心，在正常的社会生活中，精神上的幸福，对人类的同情。因此根据中医的原理，健康长寿、免疫力强、都有密切相关的。
