ข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ของสมุนไพรจีนกับมะเร็ง

บทคัดย่อ
การแพทย์แผนจีนมีประวัติการใช้งานอย่างยาวนานทั้งในสารการรับรู้ของประชาชนจีนและชุมชนจีนทั่วโลก การใช้สมุนไพรจีนเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของศาสตร์การแพทย์แผนจีนที่มีการใช้งานที่สุดในการรักษาโรคต่าง ๆ รวมถึงมะเร็ง บทความนี้ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลของสมุนไพรจีนในการป้องกันและรักษามะเร็งจากการใช้สมุนไพรจีน วิธีการใช้ร่วมกับการรักษามาตรฐานแผนตะวันตก การค้นหาข้อมูลครั้งนี้เป็นการสืบค้นจากเอกสารงานวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องและทำการสืบค้นในระยะเวลา 10 ย้อนหลัง ทั้งข้อมูลการศึกษาในคน สัตว์ทดลอง และหลอดทดลอง และสารสำคัญของสมุนไพรที่ใช้ในการรักษา ผลการศึกษาพบว่าสมุนไพรจีนที่มีข้อมูลทางวิทยาศาสตร์สนับสนุนปรากฏว่า มีอย่างน้อย 10 ชนิด เช่น ปักคี้ (黄芪) เห็ดหลินจือ (灵芝) โสมจีน (人参) ตังกุย (当归) บัวบก (茯苓) หว่านชาน (半枝莲) และตำรับยาที่มีการศึกษาและรายงานการใช้งานในผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง ได้แก่ ตำรับยาหย่างเจียเจียวหนิง (养正消积胶囊) ตำรับยาหวงฉีทัง (黄芪汤) ตำรับยาซานจีเหลียง (桂枝茯苓丸) ตำรับยาฉีจื่อเหยียนจื่อ (金龙胶囊) แสดงให้เห็นว่าสมุนไพรและตำรับยาที่นำมาใช้ทางเลือกในการป้องกันและรักษามะเร็ง สามารถนำมาใช้ในรูปแบบเสริมการรักษา หรือการใช้ร่วมกับการแพทย์แผนตะวันตก โดยมีส่วนช่วยลดผลข้างเคียงจากการรักษาแผนตะวันตก เสริมภูมิคุ้มกัน และปรับปรุงคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยมะเร็ง
