Abstract

Labor is one of the factors of production that uses both physical and mental power to work for the organization. Healthy labor is inevitable affects in good production. Reducing the cost is to create competitiveness of the organization. and ultimately drive the country towards to the strongest and most stable economy. The objective of this research is to study the guidelines on Health and Occupational health management for labors in the industrial business. Conduct the research both qualitative and quantitative and do the survey quantitative data from 500 occupational health and safety officers of companies that are members of the Federation of Thai Industries by using descriptive statistics, reference statistics, and multiple statistics. The result found that (1) The Guideline for Management of Health and Occupational Health for labor in industrial Business with 5 important elements: Knowledge Perception and Management, Rules and Policy, Healthy and Safety Environment, Activities and Participation, and External Coordination (2) The development of structural equation models Found that the evaluation criteria are consistent with the empirical data the probability of the Chi-Square Probability Level equal to 0.088, the Relative Chi-Square equal to 1.137, the Goodness of fit Index is 0.959, and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation is 0.017 and (3) The hypothesis testing found that Rules and Policy had direct effect on Healthy and Safety Environment at .001 (R=0.36), had direct effect on Activities and Participation at level of .001 (R=0.20), and had direct effect on Knowledge Perception and Management at level of .001 (R=0.88). Activities and Participation had direct effect on External Coordination at level of .001 (R=0.97). Knowledge Perception and Management had effect on Activities and Participation at level of .001 (R=0.81), and had direct effect on Healthy and Safety Environment at level of .001 (R=0.62).
