School-aged children are characterized by egocentrism.  One of the personality developmental traits is self-esteem or feelings of inferiority, including becomes aware of their individuality. During the Covid 19 pandemic, a new way of life “New Normal” has been established. The case study of a 12-year-old student who studied online and the average grade point decline, that lead to stress and anxiety and decided to take overdose of paracetamol on the amount of 24 tablets. If the plasma paracetamol concentration is higher than 200 micrograms per deciliter within 4 hours after taking the pills, there will be a chance of hepatotoxic. There was determined as a global surveillance criterion, when the school-aged children took paracetamol overdose, post it through the story. The mother should closely monitor and follow the child as well as take advice using the principle of vaccine mind based on the family-centered care concept. Therefore, knowing and understanding the surveillance criteria for taking paracetamol overdoses and the children will be taken to the hospital in time without hepatotoxic from paracetamol overdose.
