The operating room nurses did perform every step completely at 100 percent and reported a high level of satisfaction score (Mean 4.53 SD 0.5). Service users and physicians were satisfied at a high level (Mean 4.05 SD 0.35). The patients were satisfied at a high level (Mean 4.31 SD). 0.51). The service quality and the duration of the surgery between the control and the experimental groups were significantly different at the 0.01 level.
