บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของปัจจัยด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ (การเปิดรับสื่อและการมีส่วนร่วมกับเนื้อหาบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าบนสื่อสังคมออนไลน์) และปัจจัยเชิงจิตสังคม (ทัศนคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง และการรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม) ต่อความตั้งใจใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 157 คน คัดเลือกด้วยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามออนไลน์ ประกอบด้วย (1) แบบวัดปัจจัยด้านสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ มีค่าความเที่ยงทั้งฉบับ .89 โดยแบ่งเป็น การเปิดรับสื่อ .90 และการมีส่วนร่วม .92; (2) แบบวัดทัศนคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า; (3) การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง; (4) การรับรู้ความสามารถในการควบคุมพฤติกรรม และ (5) ความตั้งใจใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า มีค่าความเที่ยง .69, .87, .84 และ .83 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบนำตัวแปรเข้าพร้อมกัน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 84.07 อายุเฉลี่ย 20.52 ปี มีความตั้งใจใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในระดับต่ำ (Mean 1.26, SD .58) โดยปัจจัยทั้งหมดสามารอธิบายความตั้งใจใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าได้ ร้อยละ 69.30 (R² .693, p < .001) โดยตัวแปรที่มีอำนาจทำนายอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง (β .610, p < .001) และทัศนคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (β .281, p < .001) ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนว่า การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิงและทัศนคติต่อการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่กำหนดความตั้งใจใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ดังนั้น สถาบันการศึกษาควรส่งเสริมทัศนคติและสร้างบรรทัดฐานทางสังคมที่ไม่สนับสนุนการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ผ่านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนและกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตร เพื่อรักษาอัตลักษณ์วิชาชีพพยาบาลในฐานะแบบอย่างด้านสุขภาพ
