การพัฒนารูปแบบการพยาบาลพระสงฆ์ที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตา ในโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและประเมินประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบการพยาบาลพระสงฆ์ที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตาในโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ การดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ (1) การศึกษาสถานการณ์และความต้องการ (2) การพัฒนาและทดลองใช้รูปแบบ และ (3) การประเมินผลลัพธ์ของรูปแบบ ผ่านการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างในระยะที่ 1 และ 2 ได้แก่ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 10 คน ส่วนกลุ่มตัวอย่างในระยะที่ 3 ได้แก่ พระสงฆ์ที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตา 62 รูป แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 31 รูป และกลุ่มควบคุม 31 รูป
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) การสร้างความตระหนักและส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพ (2) การพัฒนาระบบและมาตรฐานบริการพยาบาล (3) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรพยาบาล และ (4) กลไกการขับเคลื่อนและการประเมินผล ภายหลังการใช้รูปแบบ กลุ่มทดลองมีระดับน้ำตาลสะสม (HbA1c) และระดับการมองเห็น (LogMAR) ดีกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) รวมทั้งมีระดับความรู้ พฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และคุณภาพชีวิตสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05)
ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นว่ารูปแบบการพยาบาลที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีประสิทธิผลในการส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเองและพัฒนาผลลัพธ์ด้านสุขภาพของพระสงฆ์ที่มีภาวะเบาหวานขึ้นจอประสาทตา และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้ในบริบทโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาลอย่างเป็นระบบ
