บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง แบบหนึ่งกลุ่ม วัดผลก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้และทักษะการปฏิบัติ ก่อนและหลังใช้โปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการเยี่ยมบ้านมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด ของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง คือ อสม. อำเภอเชียงของ จังหวัดเชียงราย จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการเยี่ยมบ้าน แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินความรู้เกี่ยวกับมารดาและทารกหลังคลอด และแบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือด้วย IOC มีค่า 0.93, 0.90 และ 0.90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบทีคู่
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (Mean 6.08, SD 1.37) และทักษะการปฏิบัติการเยี่ยมบ้านอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (Mean 4.20, SD 1.69) หลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรู้และทักษะการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับสูง (Mean 9.58, SD 0.76; และ Mean 9.52, SD 0.74 ตามลำดับ) ซึ่งเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) ดังนั้น การใช้โปรแกรมส่งเสริมทักษะการเยี่ยมบ้านมารดาและทารกหลังคลอดช่วยเพิ่มทั้งความรู้และทักษะการปฏิบัติของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเพิ่มความรู้และทักษะสำหรับภาวะหรือโรคอื่นๆ ต่อไปได้
