บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริการพยาบาลโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและโรคจากสิ่งแวดล้อม คลินิกเฉพาะทาง มี 4 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ทำความเข้าใจปัญหาระบบบริการพยาบาลฯ ระยะที่ 2 ร่างระบบฯ ระยะที่ 3 ทดลองใช้ระบบฯ ระยะที่ 4 ประเมินผลลัพธ์ของการปฏิบัติตามระบบฯ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก รวม 105 คน แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่มคือ 1) กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการ จำนวน 28 คน ประกอบด้วย แพทย์คลินิกเฉพาะทาง 6 คน พยาบาลวิชาชีพ 18 คน เภสัชกร 1 คน นักกายภาพบำบัด 1 คน นักเทคนิคการแพทย์ 1 คน นักรังสีวิทยา 1 คน และ 2) กลุ่มกลุ่มผู้รับบริการ จำนวน 77 คน เป็นผู้ที่สงสัยหรือเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคจากการประกอบอาชีพและโรคจากสิ่งแวดล้อม เครื่องมือวิจัย มีแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก แนวคำถามสนทนากลุ่ม แบบสังเกตแบบไม่มีส่วนร่วม การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ แบบตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนการดำเนินการตามระบบฯ แบบคัดลอกข้อมูลผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาล และแบบสอบถามการยอมรับและความพึงพอใจต่อระบบฯ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) RPSI EnOcc System เป็นระบบบริการทางการพยาบาลฯ ที่สามารถปฏิบัติได้จริง และมีความเหมาะสมกับบริบทของสถาบันราชประชาสมาสัย (2) กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการยอมรับ ( = 4.82, SD = 0.47) และพึงพอใจต่อระบบฯ มากที่สุด ( = 4.78, SD = 0.49) กลุ่มผู้รับบริการยอมรับ ( = 4.03 SD = 0.47) และพึงพอใจต่อระบบฯมาก ( = 4.02, SD = 0.32) (3) ผู้รับบริการได้รับการคัดกรองตามปัจจัยเสี่ยงร้อยละ 100.0 อาการโรคไม่รุนแรงจากเดิม ร้อยละ 100.0 ไม่มีอุบัติการณ์การรักษาซ้ำโดยไม่นัด ผลการวิจัยบ่งชี้ว่า RPSI EnOcc System เป็นระบบฯ ที่สามารถดูแลผู้รับบริการตามเป้าหมาย ดังนั้น สถาบันราชประชาสมาสัย ควรพิจารณานำระบบฯ นี้ไปใช้ให้บริการในระบบปกติ และขยายผลไปยังคลินิกเฉพาะทางอื่น ๆ
