บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยและพัฒนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรังฉบับภาษาไทย (SPAASMS Score for chronic pain Thai version) ทดสอบความน่าเชื่อถือและความเที่ยงภายใน โดยใช้ขั้นตอนพัฒนา ของจราณิต(1) 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ (1) พัฒนา (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (3) ประเมินคุณสมบัติ และ (4) สรุปผลและนำไปใช้ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ประกอบด้วย พยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 60 คน และผู้ป่วยปวดเรื้อรังหรือปวดในระยะท้าย จำนวน 60 คน จากแผนกอายุรกรรม ศัลยกรรม และนรีเวชกรรม โรงพยาบาลชลบุรี เครื่องมือการวิจัย คือ แบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรัง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา construct validity correlation และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า แบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรัง มีค่าความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง เท่ากับ 1 ผู้ป่วยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิง ร้อยละ 80 มีความปวดจากโรคมะเร็ง และปวดเรื้อรัง ร้อยละ 100 และ 64 ตามลำดับ ค่าความน่าเชื่อถือของแบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรังในผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (alpha coefficient 0.698) กลุ่มตัวอย่างพยาบาลวิชาชีพ พบความท้าทายเกี่ยวกับการทำความเข้าใจและความมั่นใจในการใช้แบบประเมิน หลังจากการปรับปรุง และนำไปใช้ พบว่า แบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรัง มีค่าความเที่ยงในการวัดซ้ำอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (r = 0.943) และความตรงภายในอยู่ในระดับดีพอใช้ (r = 0.718) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ p < .0001 ดังนั้น แบบประเมินความปวดเรื้อรังฉบับภาษาไทยที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้ มีความเหมาะสมสำหรับคนไทย เนื่องจากประเมินได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และครบทุกด้าน นอกจากนี้ ยังมีความเที่ยงตรงในระดับดีมาก และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นในระดับดี
