บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ อสม.ในการคัดกรองโรคความดันโลหิตสูงตามวิชัยโมเดล 7 สี ต่อความรู้ การปฏิบัติการคัดกรอง และการให้คำแนะนำโรคความดันโลหิตสูงของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน หมู่บ้านในเขตตำบลสมอแข จังหวัดพิษณุโลก จำนวน 50 คน โปรแกรมประกอบด้วยการสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ให้ความรู้การคัดกรองโรคความดันโลหิตสูงตามวิชัยโมเดล 7 สี จำนวน 1 ครั้ง ประเมินผลโปรแกรมโดยใช้ แบบประเมินวัดความรู้ แบบประเมินการปฏิบัติการคัดกรอง และการให้คำแนะนำโรคความดันโลหิตสูง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบผลก่อนและหลังการเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมด้วยสถิติ Pair T-test และ Wilcoxon-signed rank test กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p < .05
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของความรู้ การปฏิบัติการคัดกรอง และการให้คำแนะนำโรคความดันโลหิตสูงหลังได้รับโปรแกรมดีกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ p < .05 จึงเห็นได้ว่าโปรแกรมการพัฒนาสมรรถนะอสม.ในการคัดกรองโรคความดันโลหิตสูงตามวิชัยโมเดล 7 สี มีผลต่อการพัฒนาความรู้ การปฏิบัติการคัดกรองและการให้คำแนะนำโรคความดันโลหิตสูงได้ ดังนั้น บุคลากรทางสุขภาพสามารถนำโปรแกรมไปใช้ในการคัดกรองสุขภาพของประชาชนต่อไปได้
