ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 2

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้เป็นวิจัยเชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศ และปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น โดยใช้แนวคิดสังคมนิเวศวิทยา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชายหรือหญิงอายุ 15-19 ปี จำนวน 1,092 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษา ทัศนคติต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน การรับรู้ข้อมูลทางเพศจากสื่อ รูปแบบการเลี้ยงดูของครอบครัว การสื่อสารเรื่องเพศในครอบครัว การรับรู้สองมาตรฐานทางเพศ และพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงบรรยายและสถิติสมการถดถอยพหูคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (คะแนนเฉลี่ย 87.03, S.D. 0.42) ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศของวัยรุ่น ได้แก่ การยอมรับอิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง ทัศนคติต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ การรับรู้ข้อมูลทางเพศจากสื่อ การเลี้ยงดูของครอบครัว การสื่อสารเรื่องเพศในครอบครัว และ ความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษาสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศได้ร้อยละ 47.8 (p < .05) การวิจัยนี้ มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรพัฒนาโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมป้องกันความเสี่ยงทางเพศโดยเน้นการสร้างเสริมอิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อนในเชิงบวก ส่งเสริมการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง สร้างเสริมทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ การเลือกบริโภคข้อมูลทางเพศจากสื่อต่าง ๆ ให้ความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษา และส่งเสริมการสื่อสารเรื่องเพศในครอบครัว เพื่อลดพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศที่นำไปสู่การลดการติดเชื้อเอชไอวี โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ และการตั้งครรภ์ในวัยรุ่นต่อไป
