การพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารองค์การพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดโรคติดเชื้อ ไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 ของโรงพยาบาลสมุทรสาคร

บทคัดย่อ

                       โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 เป็นโรคอุบัติใหม่ และแพร่ระบาดอย่างรวดเร็ว การวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารองค์การพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็น และความพึงพอใจของทีมบริหารองค์การพยาบาลในการนำรูปแบบการบริหารองค์การพยาบาลไปใช้   (3) ประเมินการติดเชื้อของบุคลากรพยาบาล ประชากรเป็นทีมบริหารองค์การพยาบาลทั้งหมด จำนวน 126 คน ดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การพัฒนารูปแบบ การนำปไปใช้ และการประเมินผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างด้วย One Way ANOVA


                        ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารองค์การพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019  ประกอบด้วย 3 ระยะ คือ (1) การเตรียมความพร้อม (2) การดำเนินการ (3) หลังดำเนินการ สำหรับความคิดเห็น และความพึงพอใจโดยรวมของทีมบริหารองค์การพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง การวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่าง  พบว่า ตำแหน่งการบริการ ระยะเวลาดำรงตำแหน่ง และแผนกที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีคะแนนความคิดเห็น และความพึงพอใจ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05) และพบบุคลากรพยาบาลติดเชื้อร้อยละ 8.64 ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารองค์การพยาบาลในสถานการณ์การระบาดโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะควรประเมินผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลในมิติผู้รับบริการ และองค์กรในการวิจัยครั้งต่อไป
