บทคัดย่อ
การสื่อสารอย่างเข้าอกเข้าใจกับเด็กเป็นบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งของพยาบาลเด็กที่ช่วยให้เด็กมีสัมพันธภาพที่ดีกับพยาบาล เกิดความไว้วางใจและให้ความร่วมมือในการรักษา ทำให้ดูแลตนเองดีขึ้นส่งผลให้เกิดคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดี ทางด้านพยาบาลทำให้เกิดการดูแลที่มีคุณภาพ ซึ่งกุญแจสำคัญในการสื่อสารกับเด็กให้มีประสิทธิภาพ คือการที่พยาบาลเปิดใจรับฟังในสิ่งที่เด็กพูดหรือแสดงออกมาอย่างตั้งใจ เข้าใจและยอมรับความคิดและความรู้สึกของเด็ก และตอบสนองในสิ่งที่เด็กต้องการ รวมถึงการมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อเด็ก
บทความนี้จึงขอเสนอวิธีการรับมือกับเด็กที่เข้าถึงยาก ทักษะการฟังอย่างตั้งใจ ทักษะการสื่อสารอย่างเข้าอกเข้าใจ วิธีการสื่อสารที่คำนึงถึงความแตกต่างของเด็กแต่ละช่วงวัย และเทคนิคการใช้คำพูดเพื่อสร้างสัมพันธภาพและเข้าใจเด็กเพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการสื่อสารกับเด็กอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
