Multidisciplinary Primary Health Care Learning Experience at Praboromarajchanok Institute in Singburi Province

To convey the operations in the field by a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, community health, dental health, pharmaceutical technology, medical records, radiology, Thai traditional medicine, applied Thai traditional medicine, medical emergencies, health communication innovations, occupational health and safety. As a change leader in the primary health care system, they must have knowledge, understanding, and skills in working together as a team, be aware of their own value and that of others, which will help in providing public health services that are appropriate, up-to-date, and consistent with the community context.
From the field visit of lecturers and students of Praboromarajchanok Institute for 1 week in Singburi Province, students have gained learning process about the interdisciplinary primary health care system. From the evaluation of the professional roles, it was found that the overall evaluation score was 4.76, which is at the highest level. When analyzed in detail, it can be seen that in learning about the interdisciplinary primary health care system at Praboromarajchanok Institute in Singburi Province, students respect the rights and duties of other professions. The evaluation result of 4.83 is at the highest level, coming first. And suggestions for developing the sustainability of the interdisciplinary education and training experience management, there should be a course on the interdisciplinary primary health care system learning experience at Praboromarajchanok Institute. Interdisciplinary professions are included in the curriculum of every program at Praboromarajchanok Institute for the continuity of education management and achieving sustainability in professional development in the primary health care system
