การบูรณาการทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารกับการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย ด้วยโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ใหญ่

พัฒนาการที่สมวัยในช่วงปฐมวัย เป็นรากฐานสำคัญในการพัฒนาศักยภาพที่อาจส่งผลต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการที่ดีของเด็ก ในช่วงทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา เด็กปฐมวัยไทยมีปัญหาด้านพัฒนาการโดยเฉพาะทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารล่าช้า ซึ่งปัญหาเหล่านี้สามารถส่งเสริมและป้องกันได้ โดยพยาบาลสามารถนำทฤษฎีการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ใหญ่มาประยุกต์ใช้กับกระบวนการเรียนรู้ของครูและผู้ปกครองได้
บทความนี้เน้นการนำเสนอบทบาทของพยาบาลที่สามารถจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้สำหรับครูและผู้ปกครอง โดยบูรณาการทักษะการคิดเชิงบริหารกับการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย ผ่านโปรแกรมการเรียนรู้สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางให้พยาบาลนำโปรแกรมนี้ไปพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ นอกจากนี้ ครูและผู้ปกครอง ยังสามารถใช้โปรแกรมนี้คัดกรองพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยขั้นต้น รวมถึงจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
