ความรู้ การรับรู้และความตระหนักต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยง และความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยในนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี พะเยา

บทคัดย่อบทคัดย่อวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับ ความรู้ การรับรู้และความตระหนักต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย 2) หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ การรับรู้และความตระหนักต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย 3) การเปรียบเทียบความรู้ การรับรู้และความตระหนักต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย กลุ่มประชากรประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 3 และชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 219 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบทดสอบความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ซึ่งทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นโดยหาค่าคูเดอร์-ริชาร์ดสัน 20 ได้ เท่ากับ0.74 2) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย และ 3) แบบสอบถามความตระหนักต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ทดสอบค่าความเชื่อมั่น โดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.85 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา หาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และทดสอบ ค่าทีผลการวิจัยพบว่า1) ระดับความรู้ การรับรู้ และความตระหนักของกลุ่มประชากร ต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของ อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ=31.54 ,σ =3.43) , ((µ =3.85, σ =0.49) , (µ =4.19 ,σ = 0.42)2) ความรู้ การรับรู้ และความตระหนักของกลุ่มประชากรต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์กัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .053) ความรู้ การรับรู้ ความตระหนักของกลุ่มประชากร ต่อการจัดการความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของระหว่างกลุ่มประชากรแต่ละชั้นปี มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05ข้อเสนอแนะผลการวิจัย ผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาจึงควร ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้อาจารย์นาแนวคิดการจัดการความเสี่ยง ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ไปบูรณาการกับการเรียนการสอนทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติทุกรายวิชาการพยาบาล เพื่อส่งเสริมให้นักศึกษาพยาบาล มีความรู้ มีการรับรู้และความตระหนักต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยเพิ่มยิ่งขึ้น
