ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์
บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 391 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ความรู้ ทัศนคติ ปัจจัยเสริม ปัจจัยเอื้อ พฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า และข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในโรงเรียน ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของเนื้อหา (IOC) มีค่าระหว่าง 0.67-1.00 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับได้เท่ากับ 0.73 , 0.90, 0.96, 0.87, 0.76 และ0.98 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ แจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าอยู่ในระดับสูง ร้อยละ 89.5 และปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติมีทั้งหมด 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ประวัติการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (Beta = 0.550, p <0.001) ทัศนคติ (Beta =0.158, p <0.001) ปัจจัยเสริม (Beta =0.126, p = 0.003) และความรู้ (Beta =0.089, p = 0.018) สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมป้องกันการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าได้ร้อยละ 63.7 ข้อเสนอแนะ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำผลการวิจัยไปกำหนดเป็นนโยบายหรือแนวทางปฏิบัติให้กับสถานศึกษา ระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาร่วมกับหน่วยงานด้านสาธารณสุขภาคีเครือข่ายในการรณรงค์ให้ความรู้ เสริมสร้างทัศนคติ ตลอดจนสร้างสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ดีในกับนักเรียนในการป้องกันการใช้บุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในโรงเรียน ลดโอกาสเสี่ยงต่อการสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าในโรงเรียนได้มากขึ้น
