Author Guidelines 

 

                 The Journal of Disease and Health Risk DPC 3 Nakhon Sawan. We welcome academic articles or research reports related to communicable diseases, non-communicable diseases, as well as work on surveillance, prevention, control of diseases and various health hazards. The submitted article must not have been published before. or waiting for publication in other journals. The editorial team reserves the right to review and Including consideration for publication on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  1. Preparing articles for publication

 

2.1 The article size author published a single page. By leaving distance of 2.54 cm from each side of the paper, a line distance of 1 line to facilitate adjustments and revision. The author can study from the form as follows. The following link แบบฟอร์มการเขียนบทความ

2.2  The article is in Thai or English language. Number of pages should not exceed 10 -15 pages including references. It must contain topics and be arranged in the correct order.

2.3 The article in the  Outbreak Investigation category. Learn how to write and article in the Link การเขียนรายงานการสอบสวนโรคเพื่อลงวารสารวิชาการ

2.4 The article must include a topic. As follows according to the table.

 

Title

Title of article should be short and compact. Coverage matches the purpose and content of the article. Title must have Thai language name and English language name.

 

Author name

Write the author’s name (No need to title name) and place of work in both Thai and English language. (Not using abbreviations) In the case of having multiple authors. Arrange the names according to their importance. Enter the superscript number after name and surname. It is linked to each person is workplace by proceeding with name and surname, telephone number for journal contact the author (Correspondence).  

 

Content

The content of the article should be easy to understand. Keep it short and clear. To create convenience and save time for readers. If using abbreviations, the full word must be written first.

 

Abstract

  • Abstract is only summary of important content. Important statistical figure is identified. It is a complete sentence. Abstract does not need paragraphs. Article length must not exceed 15 lines or 250 – 300 words.
  • The abstract has the following components: research sources, results of study, critique, recommend (abbreviations) and not have footnote. The abstract must be written in both Thai and English language.  

 

Keywords

Keywords are words that briefly describe the content of the article, reduced to just words that express the main idea of the article. Keywords must be short, concise and clear to help search for content of article. Put it the end of the abstract. The keywords must be written in both Thai and English language.  

 

Introduction 

Explain the background and importance of the research problem. Study and research the research of others that are relevant, leading to the necessity of studying to answer the questions set. Theory or research literature Write it in this section and write the research objectives at the end.

 

Objectives

 

Explain the guidelines or scope of research. It shows what needs to be done in further research and defines the scope of the research.

 

Materials and Methods

Explain how to the research was conducted. you must specify the source of the information, number and characteristics of the study samples, educational format, data collection, method, sampling, method of study, tools, testing tools, data analysis, statistics used for analysis.

 

results  

Explain what was obtained from the research. Present evidence and information in an orderly manner. Along with interpreting the meanings found or analysis results. Make it easy to understand clearly in form content, table, chart, and figure according to the suitability of the information obtained. No more than 5 figures of tables. The order and name must be specified at the top of figures or tables. Summary and comparison with the set assumptions.

 

Discussion 

You should write a discussion of the research according to the objectives or assumptions that have been study. There is reference to theory or studies of those involved. Which includes summarize research results accordingly, suggestions from the study results for use and suggestions for use in future studies.

 

Conclusion (If) 

The conclusion of the research should be written in accordance with the content and suggestions that may be used to benefit research results.

 

Acknowledgments (If)

A message mentioning the work and expressing gratitude to the people involved for their various contributions to the article.

 

Reference

Article references use the Vancouver style. The author is responsible accuracy of reference. Reference use footnote number. Using the number 1 for the first reference “(1)” and continue in order. If you want to refer again, use the same number. Reference, if it is and English journal, use the abbreviated name of the journal as in the book “Index Medicus”.

4.1 Content of Articles

  • The manuscript must not be longer than 10-12 pages.
  • The manuscript must be using Microsoft Word software font style is Eucrosia UPC size 16.
  • Using decimal points. If using 1 or 2, please use the same throughout the article.
  • The table must be printedwithout using images.  Specify the table number and table name at the top of the table. Use the word “Table ...”  
  • Chart or Figure should be colorful, sharp, and in order. chart /Figure name at the top of chart/figure. Use the word “Chart or Figure...”

  • Editorial team will be considered preliminary review the article and sent it to 2 reviewers for consider review the article. The author must make corrections to the article (revisions) according to the suggestions of the article evaluators at least 2 times before the article will be considered for publication on the website.
  • Article that are accepting submission will be examined by the editorial team for accuracy and academic completeness and the format as specified by the journal again (Copyediting). The author must be checked article yourself and sending back to journal. The editorial team will then submit the article to the file formatting process.
